All sales are final & products are non-refundable.
Mishandled packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of "LUXE by LaLa" but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, this includes but is not limited to lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments; therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Can I purchase products in person?
LUXE by LaLa is exclusively available at LaLa's Salon & Spa located in Pittsburgh, PA. Visit our website for salon appointment availability.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us page. Please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. all sales are final. Please note, LUXE by LaLa reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
